In order to strengthen the control on the quality of toys and children’s product and to ensure the safety of children when they are playing the toys, every country are establishing and improving the quality and safety standards for toy products. At present, conventional toys testing standards mainly include China National Toy Safety and Technical Standards GB 6675, EU Standard EN71 , American Toy Safety Standard ASTM F963, Federal Consumer Product Safety Act CPSC, Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act CPSIA, Canadian Dangerous Products (Toys) Regulations SOR/2011-17, Japan Toy Safety Standards ST 2016, and International Toys Safety Standards ISO 8124.
